"We have had a great experience with this local office of Shield Security, especially Tony the owner. He has always been extremely responsive and helpful. In fact, recently when a faulty fire alarm sensor kept going off at 1:30AM, I called the office expecting an answering machine but was pleasantly surprised to get Tony on the phone. He patiently talked me through the process of disabling the alarm so that we could sleep. And the next day Tony made sure to come by and re-hook up the system and fix the issue.
